The new world of work is forcing everyone to learn new knowledge and skills to remain employable. Learning the 4 C’s of the 21st Century skills will help you gain a broader understanding and appreciation for competencies required not only to survive but to thrive in the 21st century workplace.
Organizations including the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the European Commission, the Partnership for 21st Century Skills (P21), and the U.S. National Research for 21st Century Competencies, brought attention to proficiencies needed in 21st century skills. The Canadian education system is also starting to incorporate the 4C's in teaching.
